Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Summary
To provide financial and analytical support to the Finance Manager and Senior Finance Officer through the collection, analysis and reporting of financial data to support effective business decisions.
Principles Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing and analyzing costing for hospital service fees.
- Conduct cost analysis and profitability assessments to support pricing decisions.
- Liaise with various departments to collect and verify information for accurate allocation.
- Create and maintain billing codes in Hospital Information System.
- Prepare and process monthly payments and reports for visiting consultants.
- Review purchasing requests and expenditure trends to ensure cost efficiency and prudent spending.
- Prepare spreadsheets, graphs and charts to illustrate financial trends.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and provide support to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all tasks are performed professionally, efficiently and with strict confidentiality.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Professional Requiremetns
Minimum one (1) year working experience in costing, finance or related areas
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any other related field
Specialised Skills/Knowledge/Attribute RequirementLong Description
- Understanding of costing principles and financial analysis
- Knowledge of computerized accounting or Hospital Information System software would be an added advantage.
