The Brunei Neuroscience Stroke & Rehabilitation Centre (BNSRC) is offering a one-year Neurocritical Care Fellowship for suitably qualified physicians interested in developing advanced expertise in the management of critically ill patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions.

Programme Highlights

• One-year structured fellowship with hands-on clinical training and an intensive academic programme
• Training in the management of life-threatening neurological and neurosurgical conditions
• Exposure to multidisciplinary neurocritical care involving neurointensivists, neurosurgeons, neurologists, anaesthesiologists, pharmacists and allied health professionalsFellowship programme accredited by the Indian Society of Neuroanaesthesiology and Critical Care (ISNACC)
• Exit examination conducted by ISNACC at a selected neuroscience institution in India
• Successful completion leads to the ISNACC Post-Doctoral Fellowship Certificate

Eligibility

• Applicants must possess:MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
• Postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesiology, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Neurology or Neurosurgery

Contract and Training Structure

• Selected candidates will be offered a two-year contract, comprising:
• Year 1 – Neurocritical Care Fellowship
  Structured clinical and academic fellowship training.
• Year 2 – Post-Fellowship Residency
  Further clinical exposure and consolidation of neurocritical care experience.
• Intakes: January / July annually
