Job Title:  Ride Maintenance Supervisor

Jerudong Park Country Club Sdn Bhd is seeking qualified and dynamic individuals to join our growing family.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Ride Maintenance team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Ensure all rides and equipment are maintained safely and per manufacturer guidelines.
• Oversee both mechanical and electrical and other maintenance unit in the park.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Oversee inventory and respond promptly to emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Provide training and mentorship to technicians while enforcing safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other teams and suppliers to resolve issues and improve ride reliability.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and uphold professionalism.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Minimum Requirements

• Higher National Diploma or equivalent, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in ride maintenance or related mechanical/electromechanical systems.
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of ride systems and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read technical manuals and follow safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety standards and company policies.
• Proficient with maintenance software and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
