Jerudong Park Country Club Sdn Bhd is seeking qualified and dynamic individuals to join our growing family.
Unit/Section
F&B Storekeeper Unit under Playground Operation.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities shall include, but not limited to:
- Inventory Management: Understand and manage stock levels, inventory control, and record-keeping.
- Receiving & Dispatching: Receive, organize, and shelf supplies; dispatch orders from the F&B Kiosk.
- Storage & Organization: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and running smoothly for both F&B and Merchandise Stores.
- Record Keeping: Track all goods received, stored, and issued for accurate inventory management.
- Stock Control: Ensure the right stock levels based on monthly trends to avoid shortages or excess.
- Material Handling: Move and store materials safely and efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including Bin Cards and related forms (Request, Transfer, Received).
- Computer Skills: Use Microsoft Excel and Word for inventory and reporting tasks.
- Teamwork: Work well with colleagues and support team goals.
- Other Duties: Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Minimum A-Level or High School Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Experience in record keeping, inventory control, and stock checking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
