Job Summary
The Human Resource Executive is responsible in optimizing our HR technology/systems, ensuring compliance with data governance standards, and leveraging analytics to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
The key responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support the organization’s overall objectives.
Principles Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees and maintains optimal function of HR Systems, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems and modules.
- Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches.
- Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
- Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to HRMS users.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors and technology.
- Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to recommend solutions.
- Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics and trends, collaborating with HR and business leaders to address data needs, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Performs data analytics and uses tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and programming languages to build predictive models, analyze key HR metrics, and provide recommendations that support HR strategies and business goals.
- Monitor data collection, entry, and maintenance processes to uphold high-quality data standards.
- Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Participate in user group meetings/conferences.
Professional Requirements
- At least two (2) years related experience required.
- Experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or a related role will be advantageous.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related field.
