Job Summary
The Junior Human Resource Executive is responsible for creating, planning, and executing engaging and impactful events that enhance employee satisfaction, foster a positive work culture, and strengthen the sense of community within the organization. This role requires a creative, organized, and enthusiastic individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage event logistics, and ensure seamless execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Principles Duties and Responsibilities
Event Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and prioritize engagement events that align with the JPMC's culture and objectives.
- Develop creative concepts, themes, and activities that cater to the diverse interests and preferences of employees.
- Plan and manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, decorations, entertainment, and audiovisual requirements.
- Coordinate event timelines, schedules, and ensure all necessary resources are in place.
- Execute events with a keen eye for detail, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Employee Communication and Promotion:
- Craft engaging event communications, invitations, and announcements to create anticipation and excitement among employees.
- Utilize various communication channels, such as email, intranet, and social media platforms, to promote events and encourage participation.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with HR colleagues, department heads, and cross-functional teams to gather input, suggestions, and feedback for event planning and improvement.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure successful event partnerships and execution.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and innovative ideas to enhance the quality and relevance of engagement initiatives.
- Contribute ideas for new events and initiatives that align with evolving employee preferences and business goals.

Educational Requirements
- A Higher National Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration, Social Sciences or other relevant disciplines such as Business Administration, International Relations and Psychology
- A Bachelor Degree or higher will be advantageous as are additional HR professional qualifications.
