Job Title: People Officer (Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding)

Job Summary
- Leading and managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities to attract, assess, and recruit high-quality local and international talent in support of JPMC's strategic workforce requirements.
- Partnering with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to provide professional recruitment consultancy, workforce planning support, and effective hiring solutions across all departments and job categories.
- Developing and implementing talent sourcing strategies, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment marketing campaigns to strengthen JPMC's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and position JPMC as an employer of choice.
- Managing recruitment activities through the SuccessFactors (CRS) recruitment system while ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, compliance, and adherence to established recruitment policies and service level agreements.
- Leading and conducting recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, salary recommendations, offer negotiations, and appointment recommendations in collaboration with Hiring Managers.
Principles Duties and Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities to support JPMC’s strategic workforce requirements, ensuring timely attraction, assessment, and recruitment of high-quality talent across all departments and job categories.
- Recruitment Consultancy & Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Department Heads to understand workforce requirements, provide recruitment consultancy, and recommend effective hiring strategies.
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Lead and oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies to attract local and international talent across clinical, non-clinical, administrative, and support functions.
- International Recruitment & External Partnership Management
- Lead and coordinate local and international recruitment activities to support workforce requirements, particularly for specialised and critical positions.
- Recruitment System Management & Process Governance
- Manage recruitment activities through the SuccessFactors (CRS) recruitment system, ensuring accurate data management, process compliance, and effective workflow management.
- Recruitment Analytics & Workforce Reporting
- Monitor and analyse recruitment performance through workforce analytics and key recruitment metrics.
- Talent Acquisition Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and provide direction to Talent Acquisition support team members, including People Executives, People Assistants, and People Support personnel.
- Recruitment Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Lead and participate in recruitment-related projects, process improvement initiatives, and digital transformation efforts to enhance Talent Acquisition effectiveness.
- Candidate Experience & Recruitment Service Excellence
- Ensure candidates receive a professional, transparent, and positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring journey.
Professional Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employer Branding or Human Resources is required.
- A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of supervisory or unit leadership experience is required.
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Educational Requirements
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any other related field from an institute recognized by the Government of His Majesty is required.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any other related or any other related field in Public Relations from an institute recognized by the Government of His Majesty of Negara Brunei Darussalam is preferred.
- Candidates who have equivalent qualifications through education and/or experience may be considered for the positions.
