Job Summary

To provide support services in terms of transportation services and dispatching services, such as delivering documents, specimens, equipment and patients etc. internally and externally.

Educational Requirements

Minimum GCE O Level

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Sending documents, specimen, equipment and any other work-related items within JPMC and PJSC premises.
To provide transportation for staffs as per the following listed below:
From airport to accommodations and vice versa.
From accommodations to their workplace and vice versa.
To schedule trips/transportation requests as per requested by the Management/Human Resource Department/Line Managers via vehicle request forms or via email requests.
To distribute newspapers within JPMC or PJSC as required.
To ensure company’s vehicles are regularly clean and are maintained in good conditions by conducting vehicle checklists daily. Immediate reports must be given to the supervisor regarding any defects/damages.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisors or the Line Managers.

Professional Requirements

At least 1 year of related working experiences as a Driver/Porter.
Must have Class 3, 5 and 6 driving licenses or equivalent.

Specialised Skills/Knowledge/Attribute Requirement

Defensive Driving experience is desirable.
Senior First Aid certificate is desirable.
Good in oral and written English and Malay.
