Ride Operator under Playground Department.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

Attraction Ambassador is responsible to safely launch guests into adventurous and keep the good vibe happening all day long, of course – rules are part of the ride; hence, policies and procedures are strictly adhered to keep the fun safe for everyone! 

Key Responsibilities shall include, but not limited to:

• Perform safety checks per ride protocols before each cycle 

• Safely operate rides—loading, unloading, and monitoring at every stage 

• Welcome guests aboard with a warm, enthusiastic greeting 

• Provide clear, fun instructions: “Please lower your bar,” “Keep hands inside,” etc. 

• Monitor ride performance and guest behavior to ensure a secure experience 

• Swiftly and professionally respond to ride stoppages or guest needs 

• Maintain ride cleanliness and inspect equipment for safety 

• Bring positive energy, the friendly face that brightens our park! 

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: BGCE O-Level or equivalent. 

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in extreme sports or a similar industry is required. 

• Familiar with the proper handling of safety equipment. 

• Able to work at elevated heights.
