Job Summary

The Technical Support supports the Maintenance Department by performing basic manual tasks, assisting technicians during repair and maintenance work, and ensuring tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and safe. This role is essential to the smooth daily operations of the maintenance team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance technicians with routine repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks

• Carry tools, materials, and equipment to work sites as needed

• Perform basic tasks such as cleaning mechanical rooms, clearing debris, and painting or patching surfaces

• Support setup and cleanup of work areas before and after maintenance activities

• Help move or lift heavy equipment and materials under supervision

• Ensure tools and parts are properly stored, organized, and returned after use

• Perform minor repairs or checks.

• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents to supervisors

• Assist in other general duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

Education and Work Experiences

• Minimum 2 O Level; vocational training is an advantage

• Some experience in maintenance, construction, or general labor preferred

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks and outdoor work

• Team player with a responsible and positive attitude
