Job Title: Operation Skilled Worker - Excavator

The Excavator Operator is responsible for operating heavy machinery to support paddy farming activities, including land preparation, drainage, and field maintenance. The role ensures safe machine operation, daily equipment checks, and reporting of faults, while supporting efficient and smooth agricultural operations in line with company safety standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Operate excavator and other heavy machinery as assigned by supervisor
Carry out land preparation works including clearing, leveling, digging, trenching, and drainage for paddy farming
Ensure safe operation of machinery in compliance with company safety procedures and operation manuals
Conduct daily pre-operation and post-operation checks of equipment
Report any machine faults, damages, or abnormalities to supervisor immediately
Assist in basic inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment as instructed
Maintain cleanliness and proper care of assigned machinery
Perform any other related duties assigned by supervisor or management
