Job Title:  TRAFFIC OFFICER - MNL

Job Purpose

Traffic Officer MNL to support Station Manager Manila, with responsibility for all aspect of ground handling services and other related airport operational requirement at MNL Airport provided to passengers and cargo.

Job Accountabilities

• Responsibility to ensure safety and security are continuously practiced by RB staff and groundhandler via SMS to maintain safety standard track record for RB. 
• Ensure process and procedures as per GOM are continuously practiced by groundhandlers in MNL
• Achievement of on-time performance within KPI set or better for MNL station in a safe and cost effective manner
• Coordination with superiors and groundhandlers to ensure full support and preparation given during any station audit
• Supervise, coordinate and ensure service standards are as per RB requirement to all pax and cargo
• Support Commercial revenue initiatives to achieve revenue target set
• Preparation with relevant stakeholders for any VVIP / NVIP guests or cargo for their smooth travel
• Submission of reports and financial paperwork to ensure timely and accurate submission
• Coordination with relevant stakeholders in disruption handling (delay / cancellation / overbooking etc) to ensure a smooth travel for pax and cargo
• Monitor of any correspondences relevant to MNL station which require review with timely and accurate responses
• Timely coordination with GS HQ to ensure operational stationary stocks are constantly checked and replenished
• Carry out any other duties or special projects as delegated by Station Manager Manila, Station Controller MNL or Ground Services Management.

Qualification & Education

• High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate (in aviation is a plus)
• Have relevant aviation experience in the airline or groundhandling

Job Experience

• At least 5 years good employment track record in a service industry OR
• Good track record in handling RB flights as a groundhandler is an added advantage
