Job Description

• Assist in monitoring warehouse operations, including inventory of hazardous materials, record keeping, and ensuring the well-being of the bunker.

• Support receiving and withdrawal operations for materials and other warehousing activities.

• Ensure the safety and security of company assets.

• Assist in preparing operational reports and KPI updates.

• Monitor KPIs and provide regular progress updates.

• Participate in conducting safety toolbox briefings for team members.

• Maintain relationships with clients through follow-up and regular communication.

• Ensure the availability and safe use of warehouse equipment.

• Operate forklifts and RAI machines as needed.

• Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure the safety of staff and company properties.

• Assist in implementing operational policies and procedures.

• Support security operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of warehouse transactions.

• Assist with dispatching items when required.

• Report to EH&S Team Lead.
