Job Title:  Warehouse and Inventory Executive

Position Summary:

The Warehouse & Inventory Executive is responsible for executing and coordinating warehouse and inventory processes, ensuring accurate stock records, proper handling of goods, and adherence to cold chain and food safety standards    

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch. Maintain accurate inventory records for all stock movements in the system. Monitor stock levels and report potential shortages, excess, or slow-moving items. Ensure proper storage of products in chilled and frozen environments. Apply FIFO/FEFO principles during stock handling and issuance. Assist in stock counts and periodic inventory audits. Investigate discrepancies and report findings to management. Coordinate with production, QA, and logistics teams to ensure smooth stock flow. Maintain proper documentation for traceability (batch/lot records). Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures. Support implementation and use of ERP/WMS systems.   Requirement:   Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in warehouse or food-related industries. Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations. Familiarity with cold chain handling is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems (preferred)     Closing date: 19th April 2026
