Job Title: Warehouse and Inventory Officer

Tutong , Tutong, Brunei Darussalam

Position Summary:

The Warehouse & Inventory Officer supports daily warehouse and inventory operations through hands-on activities, ensuring proper handling, storage, and recording of stock in compliance with cold chain and hygiene standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing goods in appropriate temperature-controlled areas.
Record stock movements accurately in the system or manual logs.
Ensure proper labelling and organisation of inventory (including batch/lot identification).
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices during stock handling.
Assist in stock counts and inventory audits.
Report any damages, spoilage, or discrepancies to supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of warehouse and storage areas.
Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE and cold storage protocols.
Support general warehouse operations as required.

Requirement:

Diploma in relevant field.
0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations (preferred).
Basic computer literacy.
Physically fit and able to work in cold environments.
Good discipline and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
